Probably the most incompetent bank I have ever dealt with. You better off with a shoe box for your money, between doxing their entire branches customer details to everyone while also having complete lack of initiative and self accountability on the glaring errors they make. They will ensure to find a way that errors are with you, not them, THEN get snide about it when they are again proven to be in the wrong.
We just closed on a great chunk of land in New Mexico. Usually the financing is the worst part of the whole process. Mike Simon personally sought-after every issue, even the ones he had no stake in (in my opinion). This side of the purchase was the easiest I have ever dealt with in my past. I can't say enough great things about outdoor bank
