As far as perfecting the sales pitch email, he's great. However, he did not blow the machine. He hired an insulation guy who showed up wtih a cannister in the back of a little itty bitty car. And I was charged several hundred for it. The guy DID NOT do everything that was recommended on the audit. My house is still very cold. And I did not notice any difference. Then I wrote him and told him and he ignored my email. I wrote again asking for info for writing this off on taxes and no reply.
