Worst University in Kansas. Go online for your education or spend the extra money to go to a real University.
The campus was nice but I have never had such a poor experience as an away team at a football game. We were forced to take a track to the home side to get a $3.00 bottle of warm water during an extremely hot day in the sun. Money maker though because I had to buy an extra for the journey back to my seat. Also, security came up to tell an away fan to move because while standing on the back row he crossed the bleacher isle at the 30yard line and was at the 32yard line. For a Kansas State University, I would expect a lot more from you guys. Heck, just being in the Heartland I would expect more! Our experience as fans of the away team at ESU game today: 1. No concessions opened on the away side? 2. $2.50 for a smallish bag of mediocre Pop Corn? 3. A menu that is less than a 1//4 of the menu at a Putnam City High School football game! I also read about the older man who drove 2 hours to help at ESU booth at state fair (which he has apparently done for years). It is unfortunate that the current students who were there did not value his time or knowledge enough to let him be an active participant in this event. If ESU meant. enough to him to drive 2 hours to event, he does not want to waste his weekend sitting on a chair, by himself. Maybe alumni are supposed to just sit in rockers and write checks??? As a ESU alumni I am irritated by these events.
