Food was terrible and the service worse. We actually got our bill before we got our food. No apology or anything
Wow! That was the actual worst experience in JTs. A SPORTS BAR cutting off the Royals game?! to have the DJ sing karaoke herself because NO ONE IS COMING IN TO SING KARAOKE AT 9pm ?! Maybe you'd get customers back on Friday nights if you didn't have an awful DJ who doesn't know how to use her audio system forcing patrons to scream their conversations at each other. 1st the on line menu does not reflect what the in dining menu states, I.e. the on line menu states one price but the actual price was about $8 more when I picked up my order partially due to the statement all sandwiches or hamburgers come with your choice of french fries or onion rings (but nothing about an up charge for onion rings) and again apparently their menu prices have changed. when I went to pick up the order I said to the staff that I thought the price was wrong she said Oh well our online menu probably hasn't been... read more
