Was there Saturday afternoon with my husband and father. This was my third time eating there. First and second times were great. This time... I won't come back sorry to say. There were maybe 10 people dining at that time. Our food was served to the wrong table. Then the waiter was gonna give us the plates that the other people were eating off of until my dad said said something. We got somewhat of and apology. Waitress said we could ask for a discount. We haven't been to JT's for quiet sometime. We decided to go and have some dinner and check out the new menu. Well we got our food and my taco salad had a hair in it and told our waitress about it. she took it back and replaced it. I looked for the LETTUCE and there wasn't any and the chicken did not taste like taco flavor that it is suppose to have. the shell was well done and hard. when we recieved the bill my chicken taco salad was on the bill...REALLY? we should not have paid for it.
The food is generally good, the service could be better. However, the greet staff needs a huge improvement. The girl up front seems to hold a grudge from one of the last times we were here.....we are a family of six and whenever we have come we need a large table, not a booth, not a 4 seater with 2 more stuffed in. We were told on that prior date that there was no where for us to be seated and yet I walked through to the bathrooms and saw a large table that only needed to be cleared.
